  • [Ian Chapman] “On the explorer window drop down menu within Pro 11 there is no option saying ‘thumbnails’.”

Ian? Can you do research to determine just when Thumbs came into VegasPro? I’m not sure… ???? . Had you had it on your VP11 install?

[Dimitrios Papadimitriou] “This might be useful for somethings.”

Yes, for sure. There is that other Control in there worth exploring that allows us to ADD as Takes. I find that useful for Previewing several Captures in the same place ON the Timeline. So, many similar STILLS can be STACKED inside an Event which in turn I’ve added some Pan/Crop.

Ah-ha, you can also ADD only Video, no need to go via Trimmer. Try it, you’ll like it ????

[Dimitrios Papadimitriou] “made this for you as an addendum to the tutorial all ready posted”

Hi Dimitrios, you may have known this, but if you ever want to ADD Multiples of Media to the Timeline and have them be imported on successive TRACKs, Highlight the MEDIA in Explorer or Project Media and RIGHT Drag to Timeline – you then get an OPTION to ADD as Tracks OR Across Time. No need to add separately ????

[George Dean] “NOTE: When initially dragging the clip from the Project Media bin you don’t have to drag it straight down, but straight enough to avoid the scrub feature. The angle down is about between 4:40 and 7:30 of a clock face. Hope this helps.”

Yeah….. This needs to be rethought. Don’t like it.
