Not having an FW Input on your PC, you can&#8217;t do it this way. What you&#8217;ve got is a &#8220;solution&#8221; that is totally separate from Vegas Pro.&hellip;</p>

I’ve only ever captured DV Tapes through FW, and I’ve captured hundreds of hours of work for editing this way. I’ve absolutely no idea what that information you’re getting from SONY even means? If you could post a link to that source I’d like to read it.</p>

<p>Yes, these are rendering options in VP19 &#8211; correct.</p>
<p>QT is part of the &#8220;deprecated features&#8221; Tab and I have decided to have it available. I have QT7 installed, however, QT is no longer supported. Until I can obtain the ALPHA from MagicYUV working in VP19 I&#8217;ve got to be using the unsupported QT7 &#8211; it&#8217;s working.</p>
