Am guessing I can leave Frame Controls off as it was shot 1920 x 1080 on a 7D?

Am compressing to h.264 at 1920 x 1080

Am unsure what deliverable means?

Will up the data rate for sure – was unaware I could go so much higher

Do I use Frame Controls? the footage is from a 7D which shoots progressive?

So even though I filmed it in 24FPS and the band just played it slower FPS is still a factor? Wow this is hard to get your head around eh!

But when I fade in the person will the background colors change slightly due to the two layers?
