The WAV was from a Lapel mic I used – when would a frame rate have been set to the audio then – there is no option to set a frame rate with the mic?

It was shot on a 7D and said 30fps but am unsure if that really is 29.97?

I have set up FInal Cut to match the settings of the clip though (as in I dragged one into the timeline and let Final Cut ask me if I wanted to change the settings of sequence to match clip to which I said yes)

I have tried a few H.264 options but non specifically give me the 24fps options – just the 23.97 option?
