Make sure you are in Quantize to Frames mode and also compensate for whatever you do with the video in the audio as well.

Best would be rendering directly to Mpeg2 in Vegas.

Hmmm… here’s how I just did it:
Rename the Page title on the Menu Page itself, then , if you don’t want that to show, make the text transparent with no shadow.

Have you checked out Export Menu as Theme? Right-click the menu page for this option.

I have seen this when there is a communication problem to an external drive. If this is where your video is, try cycling the power on the drive.
