I did a wedding video where there is a segment where the flash from the photographers camera is causing some bad flickering in the finished render as viewed on a television. I removed the frames where the flash occurred and rerendered it. However, although the flash is not seen when I preview the clip before I render, it reappears on the rendered clip. I have tried multiple times and even removed a couple more frames before and after the frames where the flash is located. It seems that there is a slight sync problem at the frame level. Is this correct or is there a setting that can make the render more exact. I am using Vegas 5.0 with the latest update.

Make sure you are in Quantize to Frames mode and also compensate for whatever you do with the video in the audio as well.
