    In Vegas 6 – Video capture will not see the ag-DV2000 deck. The windows moviemaker app sees it and I can capture video with it. Can anyone help?

    Are you using Vegas 6.0c?

    You need to use the “External” capture program. Are you using the external one or the internal one? Vegas 6 is working great with both AG-DV2000 decks I have.

    Thanks much Ed and Gary – I did not have the external capture checked – yes I am using 6.0c. All is well now.
