try putting the cards back into the camera and attach your editor to the HSDI port and press play on the camera and capture on your system.

I PURCHASED A PCI EXPRESS INTERNAL CARD READER THAT WORKS GREAT. I AM ADDING THE WEB SITE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARD READER FOR THE SONY EX1 CARDS.

i make a copy of the sony file then export the mxf files to the hard drive next i burn sthe sony file and the mxf files to a dvd. i use the camera to format the card.

what is the serial number of the camera you sent in?was it one of the earili models?

look at the post eariler this month that i posted. i am using an express card reader that works great

yes. i use the sony software to convert to mxf on my system hard drive then import to my edit drives and it works great
