yes it happens after rendering, but I can only see it in my moitor, it doesn’t show it in my canvas or the viewre. Y burned a dvd to see but it happens on the tv as well

I was shooting and suddenly the camera went out of focus and it would not focus again either manually or with auto focus. Since I was shooting a short film and everything was ready, I got another camera, and 2 days later my camera was as if nothing had happened. I posted my problem in the forum and I got that solution, to reset the camera, but I don’t know how to reset it. My focus is fine now, but I would like to know how to reset the camera.
