You probably have to put filters on each one — go to Video Filters, Video, and choose De-Interlace. Once you drop that in a stilll, change the Flicker Field to max in the Viewer.

If you do it on one still, you can copy and paste attributes for the rest.

    What kind of “stills”?

Are they imported images or video freeze-frames?

If they are imported images, you might need to “soften” the image for video by adding the “gaussian blur” filter set to a low (0.25- 1.0) amount.

If they are freeze-frames grabbed from moving video, as suggested, you should add the “de-interlace” filter (or the “flicker filter”).
