I have been wondering the same thing. I have considered getting the full upgrade of my Pro package at the same time but if there is no big deal to 7 then I can wait.

Also, does this mean I have to re-register?

That I knew but with certain layer colors it is hard to see. I noticed that in the Total Training videos that the text is black and wondered if there was a way to so that.

I had sized it down and just overlooked it. Thanks for that.

I do believe that I have the Classic version. Over the past few hours I have gotten a lot further with my logo and the move that I need it to make. There is still a lot that I am having problems with but nothing that a bit of experiementing can’t solve.

I can’t seem to find a documents file for the Classic only the Pro. Is there one that I can download on the website?

    Another question.

I have an Illustrator file made by our marketing dept. of the letter “S”. I am trying to use it as a fullscreen wipe. My problem is that as I increase the size of the image I get cut off by edges that appear to form a square around the object. What might I be doing wrong here?

    Thanks

Okay, I think my boss is going to allow me to get Illustrator so that should be taken care of.

Now, another question. When I apply my 3D Invigorator 3.0.9 to a solid in the AE timeline a window appears asking for an Illustrator file. I can get past that fine. But I see in the documentation that I should be getting a window that has the four options on it…Create 3D Text, Open Illustrator File, Create New Scene and Open a Scene. Is that true for my version or only newer versions? Will my version do anything besides turn objects into 3D and change the look through the presets?

Well Darn. I was just getting ready to save when I hit CTRL something instead of SHIFT something and it was gone. I don’t even remember what I was trying to SHIFT.

Oh well. Time to recreate while it is still somewhat fresh.

I did realize my mistake in having the background 3D as well. With the camera move I thought that I would pan past it but that is not the case.

AS far as making the keyframes roving…how? I have not heard of that before. I am trying to just make a simple move but it is long and there are a few turns in it that make it a bit jumpy. If the roving keyframes works I’d like to know how to adjust to them.

    Thanks

Thanks but it never fails that right after you post something you find what you are looking for. It is actually AE Cowmunities newest leader – Andrew Kramer’s – website http://www.videocopilot.com that I was looking for. I looked through a bunch of other avenue’s before I remembered that it was one of the forum leaders bio-page that led me to this particular tutorial.

P.S. Andrew, great site and thanks for the tutorial. I don’t do a lot of camera work in AE but am starting to and it is becasue of your tutorial and how easy you made it look.

    Thanks
