HELP!!!! Lost Project.
Is there an attic for AE like there is for Avid? I accidently hit something and lost my project just as I was getting ready to save it.
Please help.

AE 7 apparently has an auto-save feature, but otherwise, you’re out of luck.
(too-late department: always save incremented versions of projects, and let the time between saves be the amount of work you’re willing to do over)

No. Unless you have activated auto-save (which by default is turned off), there’s no chance. If you have, you should find the auto-save files in your user home directory either in the “Temp” folder or under “Application Data/ Adobe”.

Well Darn. I was just getting ready to save when I hit CTRL something instead of SHIFT something and it was gone. I don’t even remember what I was trying to SHIFT.
Oh well. Time to recreate while it is still somewhat fresh.
