The light is not perfect, but is acceptable. If you make it perfect white, your message won’t be impacted very much.
If I where you I would focus on the sound. Use a lavaliere mic to avoid the room echo. Your message will be perceived to be more professional.

HD-DVD was officially discontinued on February 19, 2008. Today all DVD Players are Standard Definition. Only Blu-Ray Players play HD content on Blu-ray discs.
As it is implemented, DVD is not a high-definition format. DVD players typically output video in either standard NTSC 480i (720×480 pixels in an interlaced scan format), with progressive scan DVD players capable of outputting DVD video in 480p (720×480 pixels displayed in a progressively scanned format).
DVD is only half the resolution of HDTV

Yes, I used the last version. I just uninstalled it and installed it again.
The source footage is HD M2T.
It seems the problem happens when I render into MPG2 only (SD or HD).
If I render into AVI uncompressed or Sony MXF the video gets stabilized.

Yes, I did it several times. But every time I render, the message comes back again and the video doesn’t get stabilized.

You can ‘preview’ what is to be rendered in the time line.
Once the project is rendered you should use a video player application to play the video in your hdmi connected tv.
