Render settings for Samsung infuse cell
I need to render videos to be played in Samsung Infuse smart phone (https://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i997_infuse_4g-3705.php)
The phone display is 480×800 pixels.
Can I use the MP4 Vegas render settings for Ipod (Apple iPod 640×480 Video and Apple iPod 640×480 Video-wide) and just change the frame size from ‘NTSC Square Pixel (640×480)’ to the Infuse display resolution 480×800 ???

I don’t think you want 480×800 unless you want tall thin videos. The specs say Video 720p so I assume it can scale 720p video down to it’s screen size. Otherwise the screen sized video would be 800×480 (and you watch it by turning the phone sideways).
