You can automate this as batch commands in Photoshop. Look under the “Actions” palette. Try recording the key sequence you are doing, and apply this sequence to another image to make sure it works as expected.
Then you could apply this action across the whole image library. -
Can you open the Media 100 Quicktimes in QuickTime player (and do you see video there)? Then your QuickTime/Media 100 codecs are okay.

Hmmm, I just tried it on some of our system, with Red and with Title Suite. And all of these systems seem to work well with multiple users. What kind of problems are you seeing exactly?

In V11.6.2 with Red 4.1 this does work. What version of Red and Media 100 are you using? Maybe this is a bug in an older version.

This sounds like you did install a Trial version of Media 100 Producer on your V8.2.3 system lately, which replaced the codecs. Reinstall V8.2.3a, over your existing installation, and your codec should be licensed again.

Re-open them or double-click them in the Finder. Not sure why they vanished from your project, though.
