Ok, I hope it helps you.

About the loss of quality, if you draw the monitors in Adobe Illustrator, you’ll be able to zoom in as much as you wish without any kind of loss.

Well, it’ not so difficult to do…

Select all of the monitor layers and make them 3D, select the TOP view on the monitor window, reposition the monitors and animate the camera throgh the monitors…

I think that’s all you need.

    Hi,

At http://www.artbeats.com you will probably find it, but the test file is kind of small so, if uou want a bigger version of it, you have to pay for it…

By the way, what are the usual places you are used to look for this kind of file?
I’d love to know it, it’s always usefull…

    Hi there.

Don’t give up, it’s natural that you think it’s difficult, but time will show you how easy things are… You just should start with a more simple tutorial, there are some at creative cow, and all over the net.
Take a look at http://www.lynda.com you will find a lot of After effects video tutorials that will teach you from the openning screen of After Effects to the advanced tips… And the first ones are totally for free.

Go on and very soon you will be an expert…

  • Ok, thank you so much.
I was doing the right thing, I think the problem was with my file because I’ve just created another one and it worked very well. Thank you very much for your time…
I have already seen a lot of you video turorials and I love them, I just noticed that you are Aharon Rabinowitz when I whatched the video you told me to, then I stopped, Oh my God, I know this guy. He’s one of my virtual teachers…

Congratulations, I love your job. and once more thank you.

  • ok. have you any idea how to solve the problem with “YOUR”…?

  • Thank you so much, but I must be doing something wrong.
I have a 5-layer-illustrator file and when I import it to After Effects, I have only one layer and I’m sure I imported it as a comp.

Is there a special way to save an Illustrator file for workin in After Effects?

    Thanks once more.
