Hey Lucas! the fix is to animate in 3D space (e.g. C4D or Blender) mapped to the actual cube geometry, then bake/render the faces flat, so transitions between faces are geometrically correct with no timing gaps.

Lemme know how it goes and in case we escalate this further

Hey Nick! Try these thins one by one:

    • Move the entire scene closer to the world origin.
    • Reduce scene scale dramatically (10× or 100× smaller).
    • Move the camera closer.
    • Avoid huge Z distances.
    • Switch between Mercury GPU Acceleration and Software Only.
    • Update the GPU driver directly from NVIDIA/AMD/Intel.
    • Move the label noticeably outward from the bottle.
    • Simplify the Illustrator path.
    • Unite shapes before import.
    • Convert to a clean single path.
    • Create a basic AE rectangle extrusion and compare.
    • Set the Comp Viewer to Full.
    • Check the final exported file externally.
    • Compare the AE version, GPU model, and OS version with the machine where it worked correctly.

Lemme knowif any of these worked, if not, lemme know and i’ll escalate this.

Have you tried puppet pinpoints in “Starch” mode?
Have you tried the Duik plugin method?

Have you tried with AI video animation?

Thank you, can you please clarify exactly how do you need do animate it? I’ll give you some options so we ultimately get on the same page:

-the arm straightens and becomes a straight line, tense, the anchor point is attached to the right and rotates clockwise and back a little bit,
-the arm stays as is, contorted, but rotates

-the arm straightens and returns contorted back and forth, no rotation, just a yo-yo type animation

in case, please draw a second visual note so we get on the same page more easily.

Hey Matthew, no panic, this issue will be solved today. But before i show you a super powerful method to achieve this, can you help me figure out where the said “arm” is in the picture? Unfortunately, to my eyes, it seems like a Picasso, looks like a mess of lines, help me help you! 😁

let’s figure it out, maybe you are one click from getting better results, first of all, make sure you downscale the video to 720p before uploading it as input, and check the output res matches 720p,
second, there is a trick to tryout many different results very quickly; in the “length” parameter, put it to “1”, this way it will intantly generate 1 frame so you can quickly test, when you find one that starts to work, LOCK the seed value to “fixed” at the bottom or put it to “increment” or “increment”, then start to increase the “Length” value back and you should start to get mroe consistent results until one of those will simply be perfect
