if u look at the #6 key you will see that the F5 hey on the bella is an audio key, on the one in the article it’s a capture key. The keyboard in the article is slamming, clear in & out’s, and a host of other pre mapped keys. WE WANT THAT BOARD!

I have either a PCIe or PCIx system because ui have a caldigit drive system hooked up to it and that uses a sata pcie or pcix card, but i dont want the card to be a slave to that system i want to be able to put it into a new mac pro also.
any suggestions would be great -
I am having the same problem except i do not get any optput video choices. could you post you findings if and when you solve this, i would be really thankful, lol.

lets be honest here, it’s a really good video, not much of a production budget and it works, i like the use of the tube lights, i have them from christmas, lol. You said you used nattress effects 2.5 for the digital color grading, is the cut w/out the effect that far off.

everyone keeps giving me the QT fix page, however if you read this is says: If you notice a loss of connectivity between Final Cut Pro or Final Cut Express and your DV camera or deck “after upgrading your versions of Mac OS X and QuickTime”, here’s what you can do to resolve the issue.
I did this and nothing, and I did not up grade either of those, I only did an upgrade of final cut pro i went from 5.1 the crossgrade to 5.1.4 and everything went nuts.
I have a dual 1 gig and we use the JCV PRO HD deck, this is our capture station. we use the firewire port to capture HDV, before I upgraded to 5.1.4 I was in 5.1 and all was fine, now in 5.1.4 it’s all bad and I cant capture anything HDV or DVcam. -

Please check your conections and click check again or continue.well everything is the same as it was before we did these upgrades. nothing has been changed at all.
I did the reinstall of QT as you suggest and no luck, we did the crossgrade update and we were fine, after that we did the next few updates and everythig went down hill, now we are at 5.1.4 and no deck control, what is the deal.
