Thanks for the help pixel. What I did was I created outlines to all the text and then saved it as a pdf file. It should be good for the printer now correct?
Also is there a way when working on a file in illustrator to uncreate the outlines for text is i want to edit the text? Again thanks for the insight.

I thought animation codec was uncompressed. When I go to file>export what should I use? None? I thought animation looked better than the None option.

Ok im watching on a computer monitor but it still changes from paused its a tiny bit darker and when playing its slighty lighter with more green in the blacks. I added some slight green with 3 way CC but when paused it looks good. Its DV footage my sequence settings are set to playback High and Safe RT . Everything is rendered. I have yet to export it. Im guessing i shoudl use an animation codec which is basically Lossless to see if it looks the way it is paused in FCP.

this is good stuff guys. Do you suggest I cut a rough copy to a pace I want then find music or find music then edit to the music?

The disapearing tab has happened to me a good 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years. I just save the proj quit FCP then reopen it and its back. Window Effects sometimes dont work so i just repopen the prog.

I def feel I need to see Babel again. I watched it with some friends and felt it was very slow and didnt catch the real point. I mean i didnt feel it was strong in story and it kind of ended abruptly. Departed was unreal and Blood Diamond was very good as well. Children of men I thiought the camera work was brilliant and the cinematography was great but the story didnt really explainj itself as I had hoped it would . It left alot ot be desired. Little miss is a movie i know have to see.

WHen you say open the photos as a batch and apply the action to all of them, does this mean i hit apply action once and it does it to all the photos. If so please let me know more on this technique. Usually I open a bunch of photos at once and hit apply then save as then repeate that but for every seperate photo.

Thanks for the help guys. I use actions alot but for this many pictures it doesnt seem feasable. Maybe i will scan a few pics at a time and use actions and cut them up in singles with photoshops. Ill probably just use imovie or iphoto being they have such easy tools for this stuff.
