Yes, the preset totally worked like a charm. Premiere was just not having it when I tried to set up a custom setting.

I’m on a Mac. I just tried using a preset (iPod 320×240) rather than customizing my own setting. The first file worked fine… Working on the 2nd one now. We’ll see…

Thanks, Chris. You’re right – it looked & played fine. As a general rule, should you always set the seq to the highest res? And why did the different frame rates not cause a problem in this instance? I’ve read tons of posts about marrying different frame rates & am trying to learn the science behind it. (I read you should always convert up, but in this case, I plopped the 59.94fps clips into a timeline set at 29.97 & everything seems/plays fine – including when I export.) Thanks again.
