could it be that the image itself is too sharp?

Ive read workflows where they add a slight blur.

but not due to scaling down.

Ive known from past Premiere experiences that refreshing the window e.g. scaling the waveform track helps but with CC 2015 on my nMP this doesnt seem to work.
I had to turn app off and on again to regain.

Found on helpful option in Project window.
Turned on Video Usage and it allows me to see the clips sequence use.
Thats helpful but again a nice text file would be best.

Exported both EDL and XML but its a mess to deal with.
If I had some XML coding knowledge Im sure I can sift through it but was hoping for an Utility of some sort.
