Yeah, a British production company requested an uncompressed version. It wasn’t shot on film, but they still want highest quality.
Thanks for the lead. I’m surprised Compressor doesn’t have the capabilities to convert.

OK, new update. I’ve found the DVCPRO HD codec and copied it to my quicktime plugins…now it works when I import HD footage into Final Cut, but still appears white when I open it in quicktime…any thoughts?

This is an edited project that I exported from Final Cut Pro through Compressor. Anyhow, I can’t even view the raw Quicktime footage either; it’s giving me the same problem. I’m thinking it has to be a video codec issue.

Well, I’ve got two projects, both showing up white. One was shot on the Varicam and the other was shot on the HVX100. Both were exported from FCP (on another machine) at DVCPRO HD quality using Compressor, both are 960 x 720. If there’s a codec I’m missing, is there somewhere where I can download it?
