Once installed for Vegas Pro 11, all versions of Vegas that support OpenFX will also see the plugins. You cannot remove it from one version without removing it from all versions.
I, too, have a machine with a video card that is barely capable and get that warning message each time Vegas Pro is started. I’ll talk to the proper people about it and see if we can get that message to pop up less frequently in a future release.

“Make Movie” is in Vegas Movie Studio. Vegas Pro doesn’t have a “Make Move” button. If you’re using the Pro version, it is assumed that you know how you want to render and will use File – Render As instead. Movie Studio has a “Project” menu instead of a “File” menu.

Wow… a handful (out of the hundreds of people downloading Titler Pro) of people have an issue where their video card won’t support Titler Pro and that’s “many other users”…
There do seem to be a few cards that should be able to handle titler and are not for some reason. NewBlue is working with those people to figure out why. In MANY cases, simply updating the video driver and Titler Pro to the most current versions has resolved the issues. And in a few cases, the card simply isn’t powerful enough.

1. Make sure your video driver is the most current version.
2. Install the update Robert mentioned

Sounds like you have the effect window docked on top of the preview window. Undock/move the effect window so that it’s not over the preview window.

The Titler Pro bundled with Vegas Pro 11 does not run in a trial mode. You must have the serial number you receive when you purchase Vegas Pro 11 in order to install Titler. This version would not run in Vegas Pro 8 for you to test anyway as it is an OpenFX plugin.

Brad, working during installation is all you need. You don’t need to do anything else to use it in Vegas Pro 11!
