Problems activating NewBlue Titler Pro from Vegas Pro 11 download – Resolved
I upgraded my Sony Vegas Pro 10 last night and had some problems activating the NewBlue Titler Pro that comes with Vegas Pro 11. When I launched NewBlue outside of Vegas Pro it would ask for a serial number that was of a different format than the one sent to me in the order confirmation from Sony. Everything works fine if you activate NewBlue from within Vegas Pro as a plugin with the serial number that Sony provided.

Yes, you MUST have Vegas Pro 11 installed. Then install NewBlue Titler Pro and enter the serial number during the installation process. Once installed, open Vegas Pro 11, add Titler Pro from the Generated Media tab or the VideoFX tab, and you can simply use it.

I’m sort of wondering… is this Titler Pro really worth it’s price tag of 299$? Doesn’t it look like a gimmick to make the upgrade to SV 11 more of a bargain?
I mean Bluff Titler https://www.outerspace-software.com/blufftitler.html sells for about 50$…

Ok so my camcorder isnt being recognized by my computer at all (annoying and not a fun problem) and even when i try to capture footage from my webcam a window appears when i stop the footage and it says error occurred (il try to attach a snapshot) and it just closes itself help for either problem will be much appreciated thanks. -
Mike, this doesn’t sound like a titler problem. Perhaps you should start a new topic?

The serial number provided by Sony does not work for me either. It worked during installation of NewBlueFX Titler Pro, but I cannot activate it with that serial number so I have to use the 14 day trial.
