Any time I’ve had that rare issue it’s because of the codec, specifically “Uncompressed 8 or 10-bit 4:2:2”.
Not sure if that helps, but maybe it’s the codec.

Awesome idea.
I actually skipped the dynamic linking of the comp. I exported out of After Effects as a Premiere Project, opened that, and then Exported out an XML and back into FCP 7 and it worked.
Alternatively, you could copy and paste some layers from AE to Premiere too.

Did you take the native footage and use the Interpret Footage box?
It looks like some sort of pulldown has been introduced at some point.
If I’m not mistaken, certain Panasonic cameras coupled with certain recording modes, introduce pulldown during recording.
Hard to tell without seeing the native footage (without speed effects).
I’m sure somebody could speak to this issue better, but hopefully that helps a bit.

It works with J and L, but not K.

Click the printer icon in the upper right corner and select “Book Final Cut Pro Help” from the list.
Select “Save as PDF” from the drop down menu from the print window that appears.

You could change the appearance of your clips in the browser by choosing “List View”.
From there you could right click which columns you’d like to see. Might be better for the time being
