    You’re welcome.

    Happy editing. 🙂

DVD has a very strict standard, so you cannot change the frame size from the standard. Encore will enforce the standard.

I have never used the Matroc workflow, so I can’t advise you there, but as far as features go, CS4 is much better than 2.0 is. I have no problem with that recommendation.

Export an EDL (edit decision list) which your “professional” program will be able to read and you’re good to go.

[Andrei Valean] “One more thing a couple of times my computer simply shut down and reboot by itself.”

Then your problems are almost certainly system related. Spontaneous rebooting is either a driver problem or a heat problem.

You are clearly way behind in updates if you only have SP2 installed for XP.

I won’t even pretend to understand the random words you put together without punctuation, but is seems like you’re looking for the Picture-In-Picture effect.

Why not edit the original source clips instead of exporting another copy?

  • There are two things to try first:
    1. Create a new project and import the problem project into it.
    2. If that does not work then rename the folder that has your source clips in it, effectively hiding the clips from PPro. Now when you open the project PPro will ask you where the clips are, click on “offline all”. Does the project load?
