I read that earlier and didn’t find anything helpful. I have found a workaround for now but I also would like to find out why I can’t just directly import. I’m going to call RED tomorrow and see what I can find out.

Thanks everyone. All the information is really helpful. I’m not afraid to call companies or do any of that stuff and that’s how I have gotten a few jobs in the past. I just wasn’t sure the best way to go about it from a new business perspective but I looked too much into it and thought there was some “special” way to do things. Looks like I’ll be calling up a bunch of companies soon. We just started up recently and landed a very nice gig working on a feature. We did so good on it that they want to hire us again to help in all aspects of the next film. Thanks again for helping!

good job. I have one minor suggestion. The first thing I tried to click on was the film reel to the left of one of your links. Nothing happened so then I moved to the text and clicked that and it worked. Maybe making the film reels to the left link to the corresponding page would be nice.

try taking the AE file to someone elses computer and render it. could be a temp fix until you figure out what is wrong w/ your computer.

Set up the eyes using set Channel. and use your zdepth map as a displacement! boom!

Nah that’s the rice one. This one has different color tubes. Searched all over for it and have not found it.
