Took it on the iphone 6s. What should I transcode it to though?

Chris it’s only jerky on panning landscape or horizontal. It is jerky also when played outside of premiere pro by windows media player etc.
When played on iphone or airshared on TV it plays without any issues.
When I right click on the file it displays at 1920/1080 29 frames per second.

For what it’s worth it also imports into CS3 without any issues

No it’s not a trial.However it is from Creative Cloud.
It seems I’m not alone with this issue:

Ok.have done that.The file is coming up as H.264/MPEG-4 AVC.
It says codecs are installed and yet it won’t import into Premiere
