Is there a standard release form or does it need to be on official letter head?

Would exporting a batch list work for you? You could then open that in excel and edit it.

On another note, if you are working in x480, your square pixel work should be in x534

Usually when every fifth frame looks like a field is going back words and one is going forwards, it’s a field order issue. check to see that your capture is the same as your system. Most new NTSC systems are lower field first.

Ok, I see that the hvx200 shoots 1080 24p over 60i.
What does this mean? -
1st – You said “Recorded in 1080i 24PA.” How in the world do you record in progressive interlace?????
2nd – How did you capture 1080i at 24p? Even BlackMagic doesn’t have a set up to capture that.I think the only way to capture a 1080i frame is at 50 or 60 fps. If you shot 24p or pA then I think you can only capture at 720.
Anyone agree or disagree?

Drop them in another null of their own and then slide the new null wherever you want in time.

Make sure the object is pointing in the z direction.
