    Select the keyframes and in the attributes manager set them to custom. Shift + f4 will open the F-curve editor. you can adjust the keys there for speed and tweek the ease in and out with the bezier handels

    I am now using V8.5 and I cannot find the “Look Ahead” command for when objects are moved along a spline.

    Make sure the object is pointing in the z direction.

    There is a function that was called “look ahead”.
    With this function the object travelling along a spline points to a position eg several frames ahead and develops a much more fluid movement along curved splines.

    just cant find how to access this command.
