that game is counterstrike on the picture. i think there are commands to make wireframe mode in the game if i remember correctly. So i would asssume he just recorded the same shot in regular mode and wireframe mode then just switched between them.

That’s what virtualdub is, a video and audio converter. I’m glad you found a solution 😀

There’s a great FREE utility that let’s you compress your audio and video to whatever settings you’d like. The way i use it is:

1. Make my render in after effects lossless (big size, high quality)
2. Open my render in Virtuadub and save new copies of it at different compression ratios for the video and audio.
3. Decide which settings gives the best compression to quality ratio and delete the other copies.

but i also would like to know if anyone knows where to get the mel script that imports as a comp and not just the camera.

hey thanks for your comments! Now i’m even more motivated to do this. I know i’m not going to come any where near his flawless presentation but it will be a good challenge for myself.

His work is inspiring, at least to me. I’m guessing i’ll be using some photoshop too for certain elements. Wish me luck.
