    So I am looking to acheive an effect similar to this
    https://www.psyop.tv/ace
    in after effects. I have a pretty good method using actual ink mattes and applying CC vector blur but am not where I would like to be. I am totally hitting a wall here. Looking for any and all ideas 🙂

    I think this effect is just a tad bit out of range.

    This was 2001, if I recall.
