  • CS3 not yet released? Hehe.

I can see that it takes time for you to edit together a tutorial after you record it. 🙂

Thanks! I’ve forwarded the link and request to my boss for a purchase order. Once approved, I’ll buy it and submit for re-imbursement. 🙂

Andrew Kramer did a really great tutorial on making a spinning earth. In an update to that tutorial he provided some expressions that will let you use 3D sphere to simulate a true 3D ball by roating around it. Essentially, as you rotate the camer, it causes the sphere image to roate to make it really look like you’re moving AROUND the sphere and it’s truly 3D. Couple that with orienting the image so that it always faces the camera and you’d can’t tell it’s a 2D object.

It appears that the link for Invigomany is no longer working. Is it still available?

One thing you might try is output to 640×480 from PI then “stretch” it to 720×480 to fit the full frame. This will distort your circle into an oval, but when viewed on TV it looks like a circle.

Thanks. I noticed that it got into a pattern and I was HOPING there was an easier solution. 🙂

Maybe they’ll update it someday to better support loops.

For basic editing I’ve been using Ulead Video Studio, however it lacks just a couple of features I want (like exporting the alpha channel to a seperate file).

I really couldn’t seen any major significant differences that mattered to me between Premiere and Premiere Elements, so I bought PE.

So far it’s doing everything I need it to do.

Thanks for the comments, I deeply appreciate it.
