Yes I grade 2K, but not at home, which is what I was trying to do. So even with realtime proxy on it still is an HDD issue if I understand what you are saying. Thanks

No my raid is not fast enough, I’m only getting about 14,15 fps. Or the drive is about 140 MBs. Not fast enough by the Blackmagic speed chart. That is why I want to run it in realtime Proxy mode. Thanks

Thanks for your forward thinking over there at YT. I was wondering what your advice wouyld be if I wanted to do the following.
I want to upload a 10 sec video shot in Portrait mode, so that when it’s played back fills an iPad screen at the highest resolution possible (i.e. vertically intead of horizontally) Youtube.
Can youtube play videos shot in “portrait mode”? If so how do I do it?

Being able to put all those “similar shots” on a new Vtrack and being able to apply a Track grade to that V layer would be nice. Would also be good for multi camera shoots.

Yes it has happened to me on just about every project I’ve rendered that is over 10 min. Not sure why though. Also I’m mainly using ProRes 422 HQ. I am wondering if it has something to do with 59.94 projects.
