I’d just like to note (tongue firmly in cheek!) that Aindress is NOT on the company payroll! 😉
That said, we (Adobe) are enormously proud of the progress we made and my only promise to you is that we will not rest on our laurels and will continue to strive to make our products better for you our users.

All – I’m pretty impressed from my internal perspective. Rotobrush was/is a great idea but the binary nature (black or white, not gray) of the matte made its usefulness somewhat less than its potential. Now, I think this is ready for primetime. In the end, it is all up to our users and customers to validate (or invalidate) whether we got this right. That said, I feel pretty good about this. 😉

How full is your target drive where the RED media exists? If its kind of full, consider moving some of your other footage off of the drive.

Hi Brett,
I see two ways that would make sense. First, you can export an OMF that should allow you to open your audio in another application. The other choice is to export the edit to Audition.

This is a bit more complicated as you should create a sequence where your audio master is not set to ‘stereo’ but rather ‘multi-channel’ I would create a new sequence with multi-channel, go to the old sequence, select all and paste it into the new sequence. Don’t know if it will work, but it is worth a try.

I would only add to Dave’s comment that you can save this as a batch process command. So after creating the actions needed to resize, you can apply to all clips in a folder.

I think the point of this statement is even if you take the theory of evolution as true, it is hard to get around the idea that something was created out of nothing at some point. Who made the Universe? The big bang! Okay, who made the big bang? umm??? okay, who made the mass and energy in the big bang? and so on. Anyway…. …rolls eyes…

Bottom line – you CAN use a Creative Cloud subscription on two different computers (as before) but now you can easily maintain one on PC and one on Mac.
