Update,

thanks for the link but have not found the relavent post so far.

Now that i have apple’s ‘motion’ I’m able to export with ‘pro res’ codecs on softwares such as motion and mpeg streamClip (type of converter) which is cool BUT for some strange reason pro res codecs are still not available to me in after effects.

That’s alright, use what u already know right. and ps does have capable tools. sometimes you may want to create a quick outline or crop an images directly, instead of using other applications.

i think what i found is you can add points using the pen tool and then use the white arrow, shift select single point and manipulate.
