I had the same issue yesterday as I did a test shoot to get familiar with the new camera. Did you find a decent wide lens as suggested here?

It looks like the problem has been solved for me as well in the new update (13.1).

John, I noticed Premiere’s update was available yesterday, and so I updated immediately. Unfortunately for me it did not fix the problem. Perhaps it will for you, and perhaps PP’s next update will work for me.

You may want to consider going back to 12, although the techie said the next update should be released early next week.

FYI… I just got off the phone with Adobe tech support, and was told that they are aware of the issue and is working to fix it in the next update. I’m currently on version 13.0.2, build 38.

I see this thread was started in 2017, but you replied in Feb. Did you get your problem figured out?

I know that some of the content bin filter issues have been fixed in recent updates, but I’m up-to-date on 2019, yet I’m having an issue. It use to be that if I log clips in the metadata that anything with the key word, such as “pool” for example, would come up if I search for that in the Filter Content Bin. But it’s not doing that. It will only filter what’s in the name of the clip.

That’s worth a try. Thanks Peter! I’ll let you know if this works.

Yes, it is maddening! And to reiterate, I’m glad it’s not just me… Sometimes I feel like I’m the only one who uses the PP closed caption features and their bugs. Even in 2015.3 isn’t full-proof, but it’s a lot more reliable than 2017! I had to settle with sending a Beta SP tape out for broadcast before finding this thread. Thanks again for the tip!

I’ve installed PP 2015.3. I don’t see that 2015.5 is available. .3 is buggy in general, but better than what I have with 2017. Thanks for the tip on rolling back.
