…”The quality of speed control in FCP doesn’t meet my requirements…”

Not trying to speak for Dave,
    but I think he may be speaking for a lot of us;
he knows what incredible leaps have been made in editing systems
from the way, until quite recently, it used to be.
It is hard to watch people who somehow expect everything ‘now’,
complain about what for most of us is an unheard of level of functionality
    in our NLE’s…just a guess.

“I have a lot of problem rendering MB Look it seems that my video card is not enough. “…

    Amen to that Rafael…
So much so that I rarely mess with it anymore.
Too bad, it was kind of a fun.

    You might look into Disksomnia,
    I like it alot.

  • Shane I completely agree with Walter.

I have just finished editing a documentary that
would have been impossible to keep organized
if I had not bought and watched your DVD.
I benefited immeasurably from deciding to watch it
    and pay attention.

    Good tutorial Dennis,
I have used something close to this method
and have been very happy with the results.

I blurred out a cameraman’s image reflected in a mirror
by tracking a blurred and feathered area that covered his reflection.
It took some tweaking but surprisingly it worked quite well.

    all the best,

…and there are better deals than that.
You just have to look around on the web.

    Hi Walter,

I guess that’s pretty much ‘the rule’ – for good reason.
Nice to have the experienced second opinion though…
    thank you.

    Shane,
Isn’t the MXO2 only for Leopard?

I think this is something that is hard to
find sometimes and good to reiterate fwiw.

I was all set to buy one until I saw that.
I am on a long FCP project in Tiger and am
very hesitant to upgrade to 10.5 until I’m done.
That IS still the current thinking right? Don’t
upgrade in the middle of a project.
