Thanks, this gets to the heart of it.

My hard drive is MacOS Extended Journaled.

When importing media I chose “Copy to Library”.

Is that not enough?

When I open the backup I get “Some storage locations for the

library ‘Library Name’ are unavailable.”

Then I navigate to “Library”.

This still does not help.

In your sequence, when I got to “choose your Library Video 1”, I had no choice – there was one menu item only, which was a date, presumably the last backup date. Opened that and had the same issue.

Not sure if I was clear. I have no trouble opening the project. It all opens. It’s just that all of the media has to be relinked.

Thanks Mark. Mostly I am looking for packages that are quick and easy and a whole level up from fcpx lower thirds and title animations. Especially really clean boxes with the words inside where you have full control of the size, shape, color of box, and text. Plan to try motionvfx today – the demo is the best one I have seen so far.
