Very interesting. Of the Premiere Pro base just curious to know how many of them have CS compared to those that are on the subscription only model. That should be an interesting comparison.

Thank you Tim for this! Really neat to see the early version of what would become a very popular computer. I remember playing “Brick” when growing up. Was not all that good at it but still a fun game to play.

I know this is going to be a stupid question but how do I tell my Mac Pro which monitor I want as the primary monitor? I am guessing there is something in the system preferences that I perhaps missed. Everything has moved over to the second monitor, dock and everything with it. Time to head for the rock again. 🙂

Oops! It was actually a loose cable that was the issue. Pardon me while I go crawl under a rock.

I find that some plug-ins will take longer to render than others. Could be a setting I am missing. The biggest one is the lack of “Send To Motion” command. Why they have not brought back this feature is beyond me.

Hoping they implement the good old “Send To Motion” feature again. I will say that previous update was nice. Project management is much better.

Kind of like Spam has. Spam, the other food group.

Wow, that is some serious engineering going on here. Now if Neiman Marcus would sell one with diamonds on it in pink or red. I would certainly buy one of those. 🙂

Same here. I also like the ability to hide projects I do not need to see directly inside the software. I expect this software will improve even further. Current version seems much more responsive and stable. I did a clean install just to head off any gremlins that decide to create chaos, so far everything is working like it should.

Smooth sailing here. The only real issue I have encountered is a long render time for the Boris CC film effect. Everything else goes much faster. Noticed the same thing in Motion as well so it could be the effect itself or I am missing some setting.

I find that 10.1 is much faster, more responsive and much more stable. Motion does have its occasional moment but seems to improved there as well.

I will say that Final Cut Pro launches must faster than Premiere Pro even thought about. Of course being on an older version might be why this is.
