Thank you Paul. It is time consuming with hours of folders to relink. The disconnect may happen once or twice during the week but not as severe as you. I’ll take your advice and start up again. Thanks

Thank you Pete. I have the purchased Davinci. But I will check that out thru Black Magic about the 10 bit. In regards to your prior message. I cannot find the where I have control over the timeline res. Appreciate your help.

  • I have often wondered the same. But in my case it does not render correctly when I use Fusion effects. I am considering adding Sapphire as a plug-in. You’ll get your answer soon. Thanks

Thank you Michael. I knew it was something like that but you explained it simply. I have been shooting in 1080. Guess I have to prepare when a client wants 4K. I’m glad I do not have to transcode.

    Sincerely David

Thank you Jeremy. Duh?!@#$ You are right. Why should I convert. Initially using the FX6 footage it seemed to be stuttering so I figure Davinci could not handle the FX6’s codec.

I kept playing around with it. Now I just tried the raw Fx6 footage again and it seems to be working fine. I greatly appreciate it that you just slapped me across the forehead. I did not want to put my footage into browser.

I have had the FX-6 for 3 months. Love it. Picture quality is superb. I am still building up the camera. My only big beef is Sony put a monitor on the camera not a viewfinder. Most of my work is outside, impossible to focus and see with blaring sun. Finally after 2 months, I got my Zacuto viewfinder. Thanks again.
