Wasn’t looking to do anything specific, just was curious if anyone was developing a plugin that could be used in the timeline. I’ve seen the garage band one, how do you do it soundtrack pro?

Anyone know where I can buy a copy of FCP 7?? Like a few of you, I was running 6.0.6 and was waiting for the new version, just bypassing 7 altogether. Now that FCP X looks to be years away from being professional I’m thinking I should have 7 installed right away. No idea where to get it though, apple store doesn’t have it anymore… ideas?

thanks Rob, yeah I have a few more things to test, but that’s definitely one option I was thinking about. How would you suggest I go about doing that?

unfortunately, I don’t have access to the camera until next week, so I won’t be able to run any tests. Have you or anyone worked with any sort of mpeg files in FCP? Can you set your sequence to a workable codec or am I going to have to convert beforehand?
