I wondered if it had something to do with that. Everytime i’ve had red giant software i’ve had some sort of a problem. Ill try to uninstall then reinstall.

    Cheers for the help.

Hi Cheers for the reply. Im getting the error saying Error with Gpu_Shader_Engine this is when i try to do a replace with after effects file. And im also getting a Failed to allocate sequence_data. This one only happens after ive been working for an hour or so though.

The only information i have been passed is that they want it in a DHxHD format At 2:35 ratio in 2K with separate audio in AC3 format

  • Ok i may have cracked it. that was some going, i had to update to resolve 11. Now another issue im facing is that once ive rendered out my proxy’s and done some editing in premiere. When i export the XML from adobe and try and open it up in resolve all i am getting is blank videos and an error saying the videos do not match the timecode. Any ideas? Im using a windows 7 machine, filming in 25fps.

  • That just adds a new folder to the media pool

  • I’m running resolve 10. I don’t see any + apart from in the folder section. Ill happily upload another video if you think it may help.

  • That simple does not work. I have read the manual and i have tried everything. watching tutorials people just double click the footage, it goes into the master folder in the media pool. they then go over to colour and the footage is visable. When i do it the footage goes in to a master folder which is seperate to the media pool. The footage does not show up in the media pool section.

    Im seriously confused about this.
