Hi Wayne, can you expand on the programs you have had trouble with?

I’m with you Tim, we shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to open older versions. That is STANDARD in all software I know of. Boris 4.1 purchases are on hold here until we see what happens at NAB. I’ll stick with Red 3.0

Wow and I have been waiting for the answer from Boris for months on how to open 3.0 files in 4. It’s just a rename?

we tried 3.3 and there was no change. Were going to test another HD LCD.

Are you using 44.1 audio in a 48 timeline? We had problems with 44.1 in a 48k timeline. We always convert our audio to 48k.

sorry to hi jack this post but, I was looking online at this model and noticed it’s resolution is 1024 x 768. Does this matter? Would it be better to have a monitor that is 1920 x 1080? Sorry for the hi jack.

Get the AJA LHe card and it will down-convert for you on the way out to the Digibeta deck through component.
