just bought it recently. it kind of half works. it will unload to hard drive but, does not work with the primera pro…as advertised. primera says its shotputs fault. shotput says it primeras fault…leaving me in the middle. definately not happy with this product.

Yeah. Just looking for something that will not crush my budget. Nano works great but, is way overpriced.

yes, i hate that companies still get away with price fixing. anyways, i have been very happy for the last 15 years using armatos video in new york. being nearby in nj, they give you a free loaner camera if your goes in for repair. we actually just purchased two ex3’s from them. i had to exchange one of them for bad pixels in the lcd twice. aramtos bent over backwards to get me a new camera each time. ask for dennis…cool guy who seems to be up on the ex3 stuff.

if you have exhausted all recovery solutions…send me an email. i have some pretty good recovery software i have used in the past that might work.

just got back from the shoot and as usual…you guys are right…the web dud was a certified idiot when i met him in person. shot it progressive, put it in to key and it looks great. thanks so much for the good info…now the only question i have for your genuises is…how do you get the image to key on a web site with no backround at all. its almost like the working web page is the backround and the image is keyed in a corner with the talking head having no backround…..howdoyoudoit?

the web designer complained about some black banding if you were to use an hd setting. maybe using 1080p 30 (as you suggest)would not have this effetc?

yes found a few different ways. most are trying to sell software packages that do it for you. i thought maybe someone here might have experience doing it.
