EX3 files to Sony PSP
I have a client who wants his sales force to go out into the field with the Sony PSP’s for demo purposes. The video is shot and edited in SD. Anybody have any experience with this type of job, what type of files, how to import it to the PSP…etc??
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance,

yes found a few different ways. most are trying to sell software packages that do it for you. i thought maybe someone here might have experience doing it.

I’ve done this with Telestream Episode.
It may depending on the version of PSP too.
On the most conservative side you could do MPEG-4 (Not H.264), Simple Profile, CBR encode, 1500kbps, .mp4
It could be done as H.264, Main Profile, CABAC entropy, 800bkps, CBR, .mp4 but I can’t help but think Main Profile, CABAC would be a bit rough.You should read the playback specs for your model of PSP. I’d think Sony would have this online.

Pretty sure Handbrake has a PSP preset (and it’s free)
