IT WILL BE EITHER ONE OF THE THREE —-

    SD
    HD
    PAL

THEY WOULD BE SHOT ON EITHER ONE OF THE TWO

    RED
    35 MM

AND SOMETIMES I JUST GET AN ANIMATION — WHICH WAS CREATED FROM SCRATCH —- ON AFTER EFFECTS

PLEASE ADVISE THE SIZES AND HOW BIG THE FILES WOULD BE

    Thanks for the feedback

So as we work on Pal here — i can bring it in as 720 x 576 — make sure its RGB — and ignore the alpha channel

    it should be ok —

    Please Advise

    Hey

Thanks for the step by step —

So I have done the exact specifications you have said — so hopefully the TVC won’t be rejected.

    thanks so much

    Hey

    Thanks for the feedback —

    I think their requirement is Maybe -12dBfs = 0dBVU

but the thing is the sound — has no clips or anything it sounds perfect

so do you suggest I put the levels down to 8 or even less — please suggest this is worrying me and to clairfy this is the first time im doign this alone — so i want to get it right — i knwo the procedures but I jsut want to make sure I do it right

    so what do I do

Cool man — thank you so much

so basically once the audio is in place and I do the final render on the whole edit — Voila —- I have my full edit

Cool I am going to try this — will let you know if it works —

Question once this goes well — as this is a offline edit —- i may need to online the edit to another studio to color grade it — in which they will send back to me

what is the best way of getting them the offline edit — can I just put the finalised edit on a digi beta?

when I get back I will then add subtitles — or should I add subtitles before i give them the offline edit?

    Please Advise —–

    Thanks,

    Hey

Thanks for all the help — so basically — everything will be there — I just need to re render the updated timeline so everything will be in place?

But one question — why do I need to put in the audio again — its very time consuming — can’t I just leave it the way it is — does it effect the 1:1 ?

    Let me know

    Regards,

    Cool

    Two more question —

the effects that I applied on the 10:1 footage

when I recapture the clips to 1:1 do I need to apply the effects again or will they be there already?

    and

When capturing the clips from each tape —- Do I need to rewind each tape to the beginning or will the Digi machine do that automatically?

    Please let me know

    Regards,

    Dan
