Never figured it out unfortunately. It was archive footage, so I was able to move on without it. Good luck. Let us know if you figure anything out.

  • You could create a circle mask on your Null (hold Shift+cmd for a perfect circle), Open the mask options by double-tapping “m” and copy the mask path. Paste this to your Null’s position. Add a loop expression (or copy and paste the keyframes) if you need to make it go around more than once.

Highlight your keyframes, right click, select Keyframe Interpolation, and change to Linear.

  • You could try the Change to Color effect. I’ve never used it, but I believe it allows you to select and adjust colors in a certain range. There are also several effects such as Curves or Levels for RGB manipulation.

    Ah, didn’t realize that.

If you hover over the “Use Previews” checkbox in Premiere, it states it is only applicable for sequences exported from Premiere, so apparently AME doesn’t use the previews. Unless you have multiple sequences to export, try going straight from Premiere.

Good suggestion. I was just going to try that actually. I have the wiggle expression on the position, but I think adding it to the point of interest will really help.

Hold Command to scrub through the audio too.

  • Richard (or anyone else),

We also have the FS700 and a SmallHD monitor. When connecting with SDI, the only framerates the SmallHD recognizes are 1080p24(fx and fh) and 1080p30. When I switch to anything else (1080i60, 720p60, etc), the SmallHD monitor does not pick up the signal through SDI. However, when switching to HDMI, any and all framrates work fine on the SmallHD monitor.

Is there some sort of SDI limitation I am unaware of?

    Dan
