Nothing on the Mac can create these files and actually there’s little on the PC that can either. It’s a somewhat dodgy Chinese-only format.

Err, Bluray is a new type of HD disc format so you actually can’t do what you’ve said. You might have put H.264 video at HD resolution on a DVD, but it’s not Bluray.

See above, you need a Bluray disc drive to play back Bluray discs.
With the latest FCS you can create a Bluray ‘package’ with menus etc and take that into the latest version of Toast and burn a Bluray disc. But only if you have a Bluray burner – eg:

You can’t do that in compressor, you’ll need to use Episode or cleaner.

Although DVDSP and compressor use the same engine for MPEG-2 compression, compressor has the ability to produce higher quality output and should also take less time to do the transcode than DVDSP does.
In addition you can set up batches in compressor.

You want to choose Program stream, rather than elementary.

Your client does not mention a setting for audio, you might want to check with them.
