I don’t use f4m or compressor anymore but the most common cause for Moire is applying a deinterlace step to progressive material.

I’ll repeat, check that you are not applying any deinterlacing filets or frame controls.

I’d go for a .mov and use the photoJpeg codec.

That preset does 1280×720. HDV is not capable of doing 720×1280
Why do you want 720×1280?

1. – Exporting a finished clip will ensure that everything is rendered correctly but may affect he output quality.
2. – Having the preview on will only affect speed.
